Influenced by global food trends and inspired by culinary traditions, I care deeply about flavours, textures, and origins – how ideas translate into something edible, something that makes sense, not just looks good.
Yes, I like to play with food, but what’s the point if the resources aren’t appreciated, shared, and eaten?
Beyond that, I love experimenting, turning ideas upside down, and seeing where playful combinations can take a project.
